Design Process
01/ UX Audit & Key Insights
A full heuristic review revealed usability gaps in form alignment, call-to-action clarity, and mobile responsiveness. Key friction points included confusing navigation, small tappability range on forms, and accessibility concerns like low contrast text.
02/ Prioritization & Flow Mapping
Mapped out high-impact flows such as Register → Login → Apply for Job, focusing on ease of use and visual clarity. Proposed enhancements for testimonials, blog pages, and contact sections to reduce cognitive load and improve content hierarchy.
03/ UX/UI Fixes
Created annotated document to reflect UX/UI fixes including:
- Relocating “Apply for Job” buttons above the fold
- Improving registration form layout and tappability on mobile
- Enhancing testimonial sliders with more content and responsive spacing
- Updating CTA links to direct users to forms instead of mail clients
- Reworking blog headers to prioritize content over branding.
