I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with Alpha Card Compact Media on many occasions over the past 11 years. Whenever their in-house designer’s schedule gets too busy, I step in to help with projects - and The Belgrove Resort & Spa was one of their American clients I worked on.
For this brochure, I received a set of logos, beautiful photography, and a quick text draft in Word. From there, I refined the content and aligned everything carefully with the z-fold guides and trim, making sure the layout flowed seamlessly and print-ready.
The front spread opens into an elegant six-panel design that tells the resort’s story in a sophisticated yet inviting way. Each section highlights a different part of the experience - from guestrooms and golf to wellness, dining, and event spaces - all supported by rich full-colour imagery and clean, balanced typography. The overall palette and structure create something aspirational while still delivering all the practical details guests need.
On the back, the brochure features a simplified resort map framed in deep green, paired with icons for easy navigation. While I didn’t design the map itself, I integrated it into the layout so that it complemented the brochure’s overall style and flow.
Using Alpha Card’s compact format, this project blended high-end design with smart functionality - creating a brochure that feels as luxurious as The Belgrove Resort & Spa itself, while also being portable and guest-friendly.
